[Resolved]  sorin pacemaker — refusal of lifetime replacemet warranty

Dear sir .
I was daignosed with a heart ailment to which i was fitted with a SORIN PACEMAKER in lilawati hospital Mumbai. all pacemakers sold in India carry a lifetime replacement warranty but after 7 years the battery got diplated for which i tried contcting thier sales representative in India but was not able to get hold of anybody as they had stopped thier operations in India. . but as the my health was in a serious condition and lifethreating i was fixed with another pacemaker of a different brand. then after a while i got hold of thier email id. but unfortunately after sending them many mails for a refund they dont give any reply. . so i request you to please look into the matter as i know there will be many more people in india facing similiar problems
