2 Complaints:
1) Rats in 3AC
2) Dirty towels, Bedsheets and Pillows given in the 3AC trains
1) Whenever i travel in 3AC from Chennai to Hyderabad via trains 2603(Hyderabad Express) and 7651
(Kacheguda Exp) there are lot of Rats all running in the cabins.
This is really horrable and when ever complained to the train maintainance team they say that it is common and they cannot erradicate rate running in the 3AC cabins.
It is really very wierd on the railways part not able to irradicate the rats in the AC compartments.
When ever i go with my kid of 3 years old, she gets afraid by seeing the Rats and sometimes they make holes in the baggages.
2) Dirty Bedsheets/Pillows are given when we travel in these trains. Lot of strains can be seen on the pillows and very old bedsheets and some time with strains are distributed. Most of the time Woolen blankets smell and once blood strains were seen and we have returned back the entire sets.
Immediate action is required.

South Central Railways — vendors in intercity
dear siri was travelling on[protected] in intercity express 2705 4rm warangal to secunderbad and i could find a ground nut seller/vendor lady occupying seat and was reluctant 2 give the seat when asked and was abusing me in a vulgar language and repeatedly saying that she pays 350 rupees 2 officials, and she travels daily and and she got down at moulaly station and i want 2 know why a vendor is allowed inside superfast express and why T.C has not come 2 check the tickets. this is creating nonsense 2 passengers esp who has taken tickets after standing along queque. kindly check vendors(not appointed by railways) 2 be not allowed inside atleast superfast express and make T.C 2 CHECK Tthe Tickets.
