Southern Cargo Packers And Movers — Goods Damaged

Hello,
I got a transfer from Hyderabad to Pune and I chose Southern Cargo Packers and Movers for my goods transfer as they were offering a cheaper price. When they came yot pick the goods, to our shock they increased the price from Rs3500 to Rs7500. After some negotiation they agreed for Rs6800 with insurance. Thy transfered the goods the next day to our pune house and took signatures on all the documents that the goods are received.
After they left we noticed our bag to be torn and is not in the same state as we have given to them. When I called them up to tell the same thing, that guy Mr Sharma was very rude and told us that he cannot do anything as we have already signed that the goods are receieved and he disconnected the phone immediately. Now we cannot even claim for insurance after paying them an insurance fees. They have completely cheated us.
