Dear Sir,
I myself with family were booked tickets to travel from Ahmadabad to Ernakulam on 18 Sep 08 by Vervel Express (Train No. 6333)- (Reservation from Ahmadabad upto Udupi on 18 Sep 08 in Train No. 6333 and reservation from Udupi to Ernakulam in Marusagar Express(Train No. 2978) on 20 Sep 08).
Consequent to the cancellation of the train by Indian Railways due to natural calamities, we could not able to perform the journey. I had forwarded all documents such as Ticket Nos[protected],[protected] and[protected] along with TDR Nos. 309735 and 309736 dt. 30 Sep 08 in duplicate to the The Chief Commercial Manager (Refunds), Southern Railways, Thykad P.O., Trivandrum – 14 vide Regd. Letter No. A3324 dt. 21 Oct 08. So far neither any intimation nor any refund has been received from the Southersn Railways. Kindly help me in this regard for further course of action.

I have booked the return ticket from Tuticorine to chennai on 28.9.09 and the ticket has not been confirmed on 28.9.09 (PNR No[protected]. we checked the status through online and we tried to cancel the ticket at nearest rly station at tiruchendur but the counter at tiruchendur has closed at 5.30pm. we enquired the same counter and they asked us to go to tuticorine Rly station on 29.9.09. we went to Tuticorine on next day but they not cancelled.
We tried the same in chennai mylapore Rly station but they also not cancelling.
Rly dept getting lot revenue and this chilly amount can be refund...

I have reserved 2 tickets on[protected] from madurai to chennai for Kanya kumari Express. but that time i was un able to journey since one of my ticket is not confirmed and it is in Waiting List No.1 and the other is confirmed. Our e-ticket PNR No.[protected]
I request you know to cancel the above ticket and refund the amount to A/c No.[protected] Branch: SBI - Sivagangai
