Hi i purchased "Sparx sneakers/size-8/black/article no-SM-70/001/ tin no-[protected]/ cash memo no-1736" from " Krupa Enterprises, S.S.B Multi Building, K.G.Circle, Bangalore-560009" on 23/08/10. The sole is torn within one-n-half months o[censored]se. When i went to shop to ask about this they treated very rudly and rejected the service on 31/10/10. I request you to take necessary action against them and provide me a replacement.

sparx — sole remove
i have buy a sparx shoes model no- sm50 from the retailer shop no. H13-14 Laxminagar on date-4/10/10 and the invoice no-[protected], the sole of my shoes have broken within 12 days and i have given back to the retailer shop .so, i want to replace my shoes or either refund my amount .
please do best as possible.
