OFFER LETTER OF EMPLOYMENT

Position: ELECTRONICS ENGINEER

Your job title will be as defined above and you will report directly to the Sr. Project Manager.

Commencement Date
You will commence your employment with SPECTRA on the 14th February 2011.

Remuneration
Your remuneration package includes
Basic salary Per Month: GBP 9,800
Per Annum: GBP 117,600

Benefits includes; Car Allowance, Cell Phone Allowance, Free Accommodation, Life Insurance, Health Insurance etc.

SPECTRA current policy is to review salaries annually during or about July, but the
Company is not obliged to do so every year, or in any particular year.



Place of Work
You are required to perform your duties at Edinburgh, or any other place or places as may be required by the SPECTRA from time to time.

Hour of Work
Company’s normal working hours are: Monday to Friday from 08:30 am to 5: pm with a one hour lunch break each day.

VISA/ AIR TICKET
Note: It is your sole responsibility to submit all required documents relating to your visa and permits process to the below immigration law firm as stated in index 1.1 of your Agreement Document and submit copies of all procured immigration documents to the HR department of Spectra Oil & Gas Inc.
Deadline: You are required to procure and submit copies of your visa and work permit on or before 12th of January, 2011 to our HR department including copies of your certificates. Please contact the below immigration/travel agency for your visa/ work permit process
