i believe that this offer letter is fraud somehow because one thing what i noticed that initially, they didn't conducted any interviews then second & most important thing is that they are offering the same salary to everyone e.g GBP 9, 800/month & GBP 117, 600/annum...so guys i will advise everyone to be practical & don't do anything stupid & ruin your career in the midst of greed...bye take care

This looks like a part of the Job scam emails which have been circulating for quite a longtime. Such emails look to come from genuine email ids Typically in these kind of offers the salaries offred are quite lucrative and the victim is asked to make an upfront payment for processing the application. Here you have been asked to bear the permit expenses. The job offers are also made without any kind of personal interview. Some do perform an online interview to by way of sending a questionnaire consisting of some general questions. On your reply you would get an email from another email id asking you for transfer of money. The money is usually asked to be transferred to a ficticious account or through western money union. The offer/agreement might also have promised you to reimburse this amount on joining the duty. Please note that in all genuine overseas employement contracts, the employer pays the entire charges required for employement of the employee. Once you pay the amount, they would write back to you asking for some additional amount on some pretext or the other and this would continue till you realise that you are being duped. Please note that this is a scam and donot remit any amount to them. Incase of doubt you may write to Spectra directly and verify the contents of the email which you have received. Donot be in a hurry and fall victim for the job scamsters. Be careful since the company website itself mentions that there is a job scam reported. Visit their website at http://spectraoilandgas.com/
