Speed car help line — worst service-Speed car help line

Hi,
I took the membership of Speed car help line last year.Yesterdat i called up Speed for the first time as there was some problem in the car and i was not able to move further.I was tucked badly and called them up almost more than 20 times.Every time they gave me some or the other excuses and asked me to wait as there mechanic was on the way.This is what they communicated.Everytime i had to explain my problem as a new person picks up the helpline and they even registered my complaint wrong.Then after all this rubbish,i was exhausted but was polite with them.After 2 and a half hour I called up and some of there manager came on line and I asked what is the status and where is the mechanic, he asked my problem again.He tld me to call up a crane service as they can't help n this.When i told him why wasn't i told this 2 and a half hour's before then he told me that all the boys are new and they don't know what to communicate to customers.I was so angry and felt cheated.this was extreme and he sounded rude even.If these kinda managers they have then they should shut down there company.by this time it was almost late night and we don;t get local mechanic's.For your information withour even checking out the problem they asked me to call up a crne service where as when now the car prob is solved by a local mechanic there was some problem with a break shoe which could have ben solved by then only bu they in the end gave me all this crap and i was cheated by them.I have all the phone details,names of those people whom i spoke too. Let me know if yo need them.

Waris Auto Service Pvt. Ltd. — Misbehave with Customer

I am Pradeep Lamba having a Membership Card of Speed Car Helpline (Waris Auto Service Pvt. Ltd.) Card No. is NS-20633. 29th Aug. 2009, I have some technical problem in my bike Pulsur 150 DL7S U 9580, my location was IGI Airport, Near Haj Parking Area. At the same time, I made call to Speed Car Helpline Service's Customer Care No. [protected]-2-3, I told them my Membership Card No. NS-20633, but they told you had misused of this service for more than one bike. I remember one person which name is Mr. S.P. Singh who spoken to me and gave me all explanations. Then I asked to him that gives me details of all bikes like Bike Number and all that which had been availed service on my card number. Then he didn’t gave me and spoke to me that give us Rs. 600 for new membership or Rs. 400 for service charge. And he and his colleagues misbehaved with me on calls and on all calls they ignored me and avoid me. I was waiting for his call for 3-4 hours. They don’t have time conscious spirit.

Now I am totally hopeless and helpless. They made me frustrated.

Kindly take important action regarding this matter and please do justice with me.

Speed car help line — Please Don't go by their name, they are worst in the business

Hi All,
I stuck twice, but this guys never came two the spot, that too in the prime location of NOIDA (sector 19A and 15A).
I am doing a chain mail campaign along with a community msg in orkut. So that these guys can not cheat other people.
I called up their manager Mr. Neeraj, still left without any help. Call center people are illitereate don't know how to talk. Don't waste your money. Probably neeraj will write a comment on this stating that this all has been written from some business rival.So for confirmation you can call me any time my no. is [protected], I am a normal member like other sufferers of this company.Infact Neeraj do not have the culture to call you back, but he will switch off his mobile living you in trouble.
I am going to consumer court please join my hand if any one want to fight against this fraud company.

The operators on the phone don't know , how to talk to the customers .
they behave as if we are taking their obligation .

Speed car help line — Denial of service and misbehavior

I paid Rs. 499.00 through cheque no. 851326, dated 01/09/2009 drawn on OBC, Karampura, New Delhi, for 15 months membership of SPEED car helpline service. I was given a receipt no. 1899, dt. 01/09/09 by one of its franchisee ( H.S. Help-Net, Executive Sanjay , mob. no. [protected]) and a membership card no. NS 31500. In the evening of 1/09/2010 around 8:45 P.M., I was out for some work with my family having two kids. At the time of return around 10:45 P.M., the car key got locked inside mistakingly. When I along with my friend made calls (on helpline no. [protected]-3) to register the complaint for it. The executive of Speed Mr. S.P. Singh and Karan flatly denied to register the complaint, saying that my membership has expired the previous day. I kept on requesting that my membership is valid for 15 months from 1/9/10, but they refused and even denied to get my complaint attended on charge basis.They said first u get your membership renewed tomorrow morning in the speed office, then only they will listen to me. They also talked rudely and said you can do whatever you deem fit against us.They stopped receiving my call as if they have no professional ethics.
Further with my friend and other fellow men help I could open the lock of my car by tampering the door lock. This has made me as well as my family suffer, both physically, mentally and materialistically.

I would appeal to all concerned to address my grievances within three 72 hours else I will file complaint in consumer court against the SPEED DISTRIBUTOR ( H.S. HELP-NET, SHASTRI NAGAR , NEW DELHI) and the owner of SPEED, C/o WARIS AUTO SERVICES PVT. LTD, RANJEET NAGAR, N. DELHI-08
I will advice all car users to be aware of such nuisance while dealing with helplines subscription. Maruti Auto Card helpline although gave me a favourable response, but by the time my problem was settled.

I had got my car registered with Speed Car help line vide membership No. NS – 68185 and paid Rs. 500 for 2 years subscription with the assurance that the help would be provided to me within 35-40 mts of call logging.

I am sorry to state that on two occasions – one on 8th August, 2010 and then on 22nd August, 2010, I logged the complaint, but they didn’t provide the services at all, inspite of my calling your number 43431111 repeatedly and I had to pay Rs. 500 from my pocket for towing the car to the mechanic.

This has proved a total deficiency in their service apart from giving mental agony, harassment and discomfort.

I hereby call upon them through you to refund the Annual Charges of Rs. 500 to me alongwith cost of Rs. 5000/- towards mental agony, harassment and discomfort apart from the cost of legal expenses, if any.

Denial of Service : Speed Car Service.

I had a brockdown @ noida yesterday 26 sep. 2010. i called Speed guys at 1300 hrs. but nobudy called me, upto 1700hrs, when i called him again so guy told me that we are sending some one soon. but nobudy came. when i agin called them at 2000 hrs then those guy told me that ur req. has been declined coz u were shouting at the call center guys...

So crux is .. SPEED CAR HELP LINE is THE WORSE SERVICE IN THE DELHI NCR..
