[Resolved] Speedhost.in — worst services by speed host | |||
Hello All, We take a web hosting and domain registration with speedhost.in. When the time before sign up a hosting account with them company promise give the best services over by phone also they show some uptime record. But after register our domain and hosting - Our site work well for 2 months then later we face lot of issues - site is not working properly. we call them and ask about that they told that is a dns issue - they ask some modification need to do in local computer. We ask that it is not possible to guide all our customers. But we are not got proper support on this. Later we move our domain to godaddy. Hi, this is Prashant, CEO of Speed Host. The above seems like baseless less accusations written by people who arn't even our customers. If the above is a genuine complaint then please provide us with your domain name details and i will personally look into the matter.
When i buy Unlimited hosting and upload content in web hosting, they say you can not send emails and you can not upload extra content .

yup...I m totally agree with you. Speedhost.in is really worst domain and hosting provider..anybody plz dont trust on speedhost...they are liers...

if I did google this before i sign up the plan... life is much more easier.. i can get any real feedback of support from them ... no support at all.. i just want to redirect my domain to this.. given all the dns and ns name to them. and no respond no action...

I had only two websites with speedhost - very light websites - both websites used to go down almost on a daily basis. The support guys will always say -'our services are improving, please be patient' - can u say that to a customer who is losing business because of your infrastructure weaknesses? On top of that they don't even refund the money for the remaining period when I have transfered my websites to another hosting company. Looks like these guys are only interested in free money but not in providing a reliable service.

Worse experience ever. Zero customer support. Will make life hell if you host your site. If you want to block any domain name just register and park here. Zero information or resources if you are facing any issues
i. After few months cpanel always shows "Entry Processes 20 / 20"
ii. SUDDENLY & VERY FREQUENTLY THEY SUSPEND THE URL/SITE WITHOUT ANY PROPER INTIMATION...
iii. ALSO CREAT PROBLEM TO PROVIDING THE BACKUP O[censored]RL DATA BASE
