Please note we have posted one very very urgent document shipment " To, The Manager, United Commercial Bank, Maruda Branch, Post : Civic Centre, Bhilai : 490 006, District : Durg, Chattis Garh, through your renouned countryvide service on 04.08.09, bearing your consignment number EW[protected]IN. The shipment contains bank guarantee documents . We started receiving phonecalls from the consignee from 13.08.09 since they have not received the shipment. On the 13th itself we started tracking the shipment on the internet wherein we got the booking details but not the delivery details. Since the shipment was booked from kolkata, upon searching from the internet, we got the customer care number of your Kolkata branch[protected]. wherefrom we got to know that the shipment reached to Durg on 11th and the on that day itself the said shipment has been sent to Utai.

Now, please clarifiy, we have posted the shipment on 04.08.09. Why it took a time of 7 days to reach the shipment to Durg and why the same has been sent to Utai.

As a result, for your information, we have incurred a big financial loss.
