Negligence in repair
I had purchased a SPICE mobile phone on 04-06-2008. My handset SPICE S-650 is under one year warranty. After it developed some problem in its ringer and its loud speaker sound quality suddenly became poor, I submitted it to my nearest customer care centre of SPICE mobile in Bokaro Steel City.I had submitted it on April 01, 2009. Since then I have visited the customer care store 5 times and after 18 days, there is no sign of my mobile. The storekeeper is denying to provide any information to me regarding the same. He has sent it to some other city but he is refusing to share any information with me about the status of handset.
Kindly help me in this case.

I had purchased a SPICE mobile phone on 20-11-08. My handset SPICE S-9 is under one year warranty. After it developed some problem in its ringer and its loud speaker sound quality suddenly became poor, I submitted it to my nearest customer care centre of SPICE mobile in Anshul Agencies kota (rajasthan) .I had submitted it on march30, 2009. Since then I have visited the customer care store 5 times and after 42 days, there is no sign of my mobile. The storekeeper is denying to provide any information to me regarding the same. He has sent it to jaipur but he is refusing to share any information with me about the status of handset. In Last one month I talk to Mr GHYAN (jaipur) on 09983766625 five times, but every times he gave different statement.

sir i purchsed spice S 7 mobile and my mobile display broken in our city service center they are not takeing repair it is proten shop they are telling spice mobile display out of stock this proten shop is in hubli he is authrised dealer and service on spice mobile kindly arrenge to give service for coustmer because this proton service is not giveing proper service, so u come and see how they are geving service

From beginning, i feels voice breaking (incoming & out going) problems, i thought that it would be network or operators problem. But since 1-2 months its develops more and even i couldn't speak continuously 3-4 minutes due to sound breaking, sound silent problems. Set also having a hanging problem.
I have contacted nearest authorized service centre at Bhilai (CG), left the set for checking and repair. After 5-6 days they told me that this set could not repaired here and required to send another service centre i.e. Bhopal.
I think this is a manufacturing problem. It is therefore requested to change my set for customer satisfaction and goodwill of your company.
Expidite for favorable reply please.

Dear Spice manager,
I am using Spice Mobile Handset D-88n with IMEI:353480020768674, due to some fault i return it for the repairing purpose, 2-3 months ago, but still not received it back, for repairing i gave the handset to the Govind techno service, jodhpur, but it is not yet received to me yet, i need it urgently, because it is too long time duration for mobile handset repair, so either send me the same handset after repairing or send a new one, so that i can use it, or else i have to approach consumer court for my handset. Do the needful and trace it out or tell me the status...
Daily me and my brother has to travell from village approx.. 40 KM to jodhpur and we get response from your centre that will give tommorrow,
Could you please explain us who is going to bare the charges for up and down of 40 Km.
The way of service centre behaviour gives a feel that i will never go for the Spice mobile in future and advice others for the same.
Could you please take the steps to resolve the matter as soon as possible or i need to approach higher authority.

1- Low battery backup,
2- Many times it searches for Network when signal lebel is too good.
3-Again it has no net connectivity using CDMA Both in bluetooth & Datacable.
4-Hang up problem is also founded many times.
5- Low voice quality.
I think this is a manufacturing problem.I submitted it to my nearest customer care centre with in four days of purchase. It is therefore requested to change my set for customer satisfaction and goodwill of your company not waiting me any longer.

As per your mail below, I have visited the SPICE-authorized Service center M/s BILLENIUM SALES & SERVICE (P) LTD, Chowringhee Road Central Kolkata on 20th August.
They have assured me that it would be ready within 4-5 days. I visited the service centre again for collection after the due time but they told that handset has been sent to HO for rectification.
But till date I am yet to get the same. Continuous phone calls and visits to service centre elicits the same response that it is pending at HO.
You can very well understand my plight without phone. A new phone breaking down within 2 days of activation is bizaree. Morever, taking so much time for correction is giving lot of hardships
Would request you to take the corrective steps immediately and get my phone rectified. IF the same cannot be done in another 2 days, pl give a replacement.

I had purchased a spice mobile model QT-60, in november 2010. In starting february 2011 it got problem in which mobile had gone to head set mode and general profile was unable to active. I handover my set to my nearest service centre at Jamshedpur (Dhatkidih) for further repair. After one week I got my mobile repaired with an additional new problem of low volume. What is this? This is completely injustice with consumer.

This is to bring in your kind notice that i purchased a spice mobile handset model no. M 3636, Sl. no. 910050903332280, Battery no. ZSB0462202, Adopter no. SIC-17, Bill receipt no. 221 on dated 08/07/010 with one year warranty period from KEJRIWAL SALES, PO: RENUKOOT, Distt. Sonbhadra (UP). Then during this period my mobile is is getting switched off automatically very frequently and going to dead then i give my cell to shop keeper twice on dated 2/2/11 and 25/2/2011 for rectify the problem but they are not able to rectified the problem and problem is still persist. I asked shopkeeper to return back the mobile and give me new one on replacement of the same but he is not willing to do so. Due to this i am suffering a lot mentally and physically as well. I think such type of response from shopkeeper will definitely not suited for reputed company like Spice. In this regard i request you to pl. kindly intervention on the matter and arrange to replace the faulty mobile with new one. I shall be highly oblige.

I am owning your spice duel sim D-88, which was purchased from your Panaji, Goa Agent/Sub-Agent M/s Bhate Brothers, D.B.Marg, Panaji, Goa. As my mobile charger was functioning, I had approached your Spice Service Center at M.G.Road, Opp.Don Bosco School, Panaji, Goa on 5/10/2011. They check my mobile and charger and said I wll have to buy new charger, which was not available with them and they would order from Company and would ring me after 7 days. I visited them today after 10 days to inquire.The Girl on the Counter, who lacks courtesy and basic PR inform me to wait for 4 more days, even without checking any records. I doubt if at all she has placed any order, as I was not given any slip or order number. When I insisted to see the manager/in-charge, she says there is no manager. I reminded her harassing consumer in this way will attract Penalty under Consumer Protection law. Then I left the Office. Soon I started getting PRANK MISS CALLS from mobile No.917798248114, which I presume is from this Service Center. I am yet to confirm it, to take legal action.

I have spice QT56 . My front glass is broken . Till last 3 months spice service centres at Ponda - Goa, Panaji _goa not able to provide front brokenglass.
Its miserable visiting and calling the service centres. Today i called up service area manager on the no. 9769812702.Hope atleast he can do something. hope management can do something. If not able to provide spares then shall shut down the sales...
