spy camera pen — Poor performance

I have order only spy pen camera Rs. 1599/- by teliphonoc discussion with the costommer assistand of Bhubaneswar of S-24 telishoping on 5th july 2010.

On Dtd 9/7/2010 the product was suupply to my Quarter by a Spl messanger from Bhubaneswar.
that the delivery man supply the item including 5 KABACHA, which was not orderd by me. the man has taken Rs.3300/- from wife. After product verification by me, I saw that the spy pen camera Vedeo and Audio quality is poor. I imidiate contact the coustommer Center and said the above. She told me you come to Bhubaneswar with this product and we will replace it as per your stasfication.

on dtd 30th July I was visit the S-24/ NB telishoping Metro House Vanivihar, Bhubaneswar and explain my complain. one of lady and gents attend my complain but denie to replace the product. after a long delibration of dialouge he received my 32 GB spy camera pen and advice me for comming after 2 days
on dtd 1 aug. I visit again the center.
with a big smile the lady and gents both tel me your problem is redressed and you take it dont wory.
then they give me a 16 GB spy camera pen, I told I was given 32Gb why you are returning 16GB. imidiate the lady take the pen from my hand and entered the room and come back withen a minute with smartly/carefully change the sticker of 32 GB in place of 16Gb.

NB telishopping/S-24 is a this is a fraud organisation and their issung only computer plain printed bill. I doubt they are not paying the CST/VAT.
As per their Bill Org. CST No is-[protected] TIN- [protected]. the both no can not be same.

so you can verifay the same.

Please help me for refund my expendided mony of 3300/- from the fraud Org.
