My name is Karthik from Aruppukottai, TamilNadu. I booked one air cooler on august 3,2012 in your stall which was put in Dinamalar smart shoppers 2012 held in madurai tamukam maidanam august 1-8, 2012. They told they will deliver the product to home as our comfort. I told them to come on august 12th. They also accepted. I remind them two days before august 12th also. But they failed to delivered on committed date. When we called them, they told they will deliver on august 14. Yet they didnt deliver the product. I called marketing person Mr. N. Baskaran (Mobile no: [protected])so many times. He didnt attend my call. Then i called your company Madurai showroom mobile [protected] so many times. They also not attending my phone call. I didnt expect such type of worst customer service from a reputed company. Please take necessary action
