My name is Vibhav Kumar. After completing my MBA I joined Sri Balaji Enterprises as a Marketing Executive. Company is dealing with PVC pipes, water tank and cement solvent. The owner of this company is Ms. Kavita Anand but his husband Mr. N. Arun Vivek Anand is running the company. when I joined this company they told me that they have their own manufacturing unit and you have to appoint dealer for the company. He told me that you will 8000 in hand salary and 2500 travelling allowance and 300 mobile allowance. I worked honestly there but he didn't pay my salary. he did the same with other employee also. the reality is company is not manufacturing any product. He purchase the product from local manufacturer on credit basis and give the brand name as FLOWWELL. Latter i come to know brand name is not patient according to business law and he is running the business illegal. when i come to know this I resign from my post and he didn't pay my salary. I want to share this information if any of the dealer offer you FLOWWELL PVC Pipes or water tank don't purchase. they are local made pipes non ISI not durable also. Be careful they are cheater.
