Samething happened for me too... I booked for 4 persons and given 6600 Rupees. They postponed the trip from their side saying that some vigilance raid is happening in temple and we wont be able to get the tickets for you so we are postponing the trip after two days. after two days again they called me and told that we wont be able to take you there and we want some more days to plan it. I told them to cancell the trip and refund the money back. But till now I did not get the money back. Its been more than a month now and the cheque given by them got bounced because of not having sufficient fund in the account.
I don't know what to do to get the money back.

I am also facing the same issue with this travel agency. I have booked two tickets for Rs.2600/- on 8th March, 2012 for DOJ 25 March, 2012. They postponed the journey siting some bus breakdown issue. I have called them repeatedly with no use. After 6 months, I haven't received my refund. Please let me know if any of you get refund by any means.

Sri Balaji Travels is a fraud travel agency they have cheated many people including me, they just collect money from people on the pretext of arranging Tirupati Trip and use the collected money for their personal use, They dont even have proper office if you vist their office you will never book ticket from them, i was mislead by their website, they are changing mobile number frequently, you cannot get refund from them .please file complaint against them.
Pakka fraud guys. They collectED money for 3 persons Rs.4200 (from Chennai to Tirupathi) and they cancelled the trip.
It has been more than three months and still they haven't returned the money back.
PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. THEY WILL CANCEL THE TRIP AND WILL NOT REFUND THE MONEY.

i am also the victim of Balaji travels. i have paid 3000 for two tickets. They canceled the trip saying some issue in Tirumala. I have called them atleast 30 times and everyone he says tomorrow.
