We try to book through phone to their given number[protected] &[protected]. Whenever you dial the numbers for booking the gas they are always busy. It is very hard to book the gas through phone. We are having to go their office for booking the gas all the time. Recently, they introduced a service using IVR for booking gas. I tried booking gas through using that. It never books gas and requests to contact our agency. Such a waste service they are providing to the customers.
