[Resolved]  s.s.enterprise — Amount not paid for goods and service

Dear Sir,
I was asked to supply and install Biometric Finger print machine at IVL school, Irumathur, Dharmapuri District, through a company M/s Eeshaa Soft Solutions,Address NO. 46, AGPAA CHWAD, 2ND FLOOR, BANGLO MAIN ROAD, HOSUR, Hosur - 635126, Tamil Nadu, India, Phone No[protected], Contact Person Mr. PARAMESHWARI . (The actual address is Alpha womens Hostel, No:17, Step Colony, Dharga, Hosur- 635126). Accordingly, in the month of December 2011, I installed two machines and supplied 2000 RFID Identity card for students. She issued a cheque for Rs:50000/- to me and instructed the bank to stop payment, hence could not get the amount. The bounced cheque was also sent to her to prove that I have not received the money. I have the photo copy of the cheque and my bank advice for cheque bouncing with me as proof for Cheating. Now, I confirmed from the School that she has collected the amount that she quoted to school, whereas, she has not paid the amount Rs:55045/- to me till today 23.07.2012.
Kindly advice me , what can be the action that I can initiate against her and how to collect my money
