[Resolved]  St Courier — Service is worse than Normal Post

I had sent an examination application form through this courier. The guy who booked this courier Mr. Gopi (+91-[protected]) promised that it will be delivered in a day (by 15-May-09).

It hasn't reached the destination till date. People are clueless about the status of the document. But, whenever I call they say it will be delivered in next 45 minutes.

I spoke to Mr. Bashir, Bangalore (+91-[protected]), Mr. Hafeez +91-[protected],
Mr. Brahmam & Mr. Muralikrishna, Hyderabad[protected].

No one helped me. They were not trying to understand the gravity of the issue. I was sending an application for which I had to take a signature in Hyderabad and from there it has to sent to Visakhapatnam.
The last date is 20-May-09. I explained all this to all I spoke. There are a set of louzy people sitting over there in Hyderabad. They prefer not to work always. So there were just saying the document will be sent within 45 minutes every time I call. I even called them on Sunday as I am running out of time. They promised again that they will deliver in 30 min. Even now if I call, I am hearing the same from them.

Now my application deadline has already come. I wouldn't be in a position to submit my exam application before the deadline 20-May-09.

If I couldn't, I have to loose another term and the exam fee I paid through DD.

I am going to file this in consumer court very soon for justice.

I am also putting this grievance in various customer complaints web sites
so that others like me wouldn't suffer.

Worst courier service i have ever seen...They promised me to deliver within 2 daz from chennai to hyderabad...it has been 5 daz and i dnt even know the status of that courier...Tracking system is worst...and no one responded to the call...Dont ever even dare to use this courier service...hate it...

ST courier has constantly delivered by NOT DELIVERING our letters and Consignment on time. Even today, since morning we have been trying to track a small and important consignment that we had sent to Hyderabad from Chennai and we are still clueless as there's no feedback or attendance to our complaint. The service of the ST Courier is too worst. For reaching an place in AP its taking more than 15 days. On calling to the courier these people does not respond properly.

I booked the courier on saturday[protected]. We asked the courier booking office when it' ll be delivered. they told it will be reachedon monday23- 01-12. But still[protected]:55 PM ) i didn't get the courier. We told that's this courier is to be sent urgently.
monday i asked, they told like system is shutdown, power cut etc., so that we are unable to track.
Today they are not taking my call in bangalore HO office. But after some time its busy. But they are picking up for my call only. I tried lot of times.
i never come across this worst courier experience.

Courier has not been delivered

Courier has been booked for me on 23 December from mount road branch. but i did not receive the courier yet, i called customer care no proper responds... very bad responds...
