This person is a fraud. he is in jail. He complained based on somebody else instigation. he never paid any money. neither does he have the right qualification nor can he speak or write good enlglish staffing tree llc has not been barred. he has no clue what he is tlaking about. jail time procedure si being initiated against him asa well for defaming and saying that staffing tree has been barred from doing business in USA. it clearly shows his devlish mind and twisted and desperateness in getting a job.

The gentleman who has written a very nice and complaining mail seems to be a fake itself. This gentleman has been paid off Rs15, 000/- M.R no-215 and 221 through cheque no- 242277 dated-05.01.2009. So how can he complain when he have received the amount? Instead a defamation case has to be filed againg him for writing such blogs even after he is paid back. A case will be filed against him as he has not only hampered the reputation of the Company but also he has used this genuine site for his fake vested interests. Such persons should be taken care of seriously.
I responded to an ad on a most popular job search engine website, which had this same person's name on it. He or she then sent to me through my e-mail a one-line request for my resume in Word format. I had sent it, and have not heard from him or her since, despite my having asked for an update. I do not know what he or she is doing with my resume; perhaps he or she is using it for impersonation purposes or even terrorism? However, this has been happening much due to the lacking of jobs, so, maybe it is a coincidence. [P.S. How does "Sangeeta" (below) know about check numbers, and even if it is true, why in the world would he or she tell anyone about it???]

This frauds organization vanish from the world may be. as its website is not opening as well as it has a small office in bhubaneswar, india, which might has been sifted or closed .As i did not able to contacts any one from that office.
Can any one helps me in finding that office in india or Usa??? And how can i take legal action against the owner???

Office is still there in US and India. no one has vanished..rocky shall be sued for defamatory comments. please reveal your real name and address and phone number if you are a man.
David must be the owner's relative. Otherwsie how come he knews where the office exists in india when even in their own website didnot find the address .Whats the issue of man and women. may be Rocky and David had some intimate relationship.Also david should come out open regarding the H1 scam in his office .

2. They will take your money and will never respond for further communication. Until they get your money, you can reach them anytime. But after, the phone keeps ringing and noone will be available to pickup.
3. Debdas the master fraud, will never respond to mail.
They promised me to return the money if the visa processing doesn't get through within 6 months.
3 Years have gone by, no response yet.

I am sharing you names of 3candidates who have received full payment out of which two received full refund & 1 recived part payment, till the day I was with staffing tree. Because of thier bad intention they closed india operation & fired all the employees. I am also victimised by them. Pls find there names below with there telephone number,

Friends I gone through all your comments. The organization and its owners are all habituated cheaters. The owner stays at US and his father at Bhubaneswar, Orissa, India. Both are the director of the organization along with their mother. They looted crores from various candidate of India as well as overseas in the name of providing placement and H1VISA etc.When it comes to refunds, then they are UN able to do so and immediately closed their office and put all the blames on their employees on various false allegations. I request all the people who has been cheated BY them in Hi-visa come down to Bhubaneswar and should immediately filled complaint against them in the local police station.Definitely police will able to recover money from the father and son duo, who stays at Bhubaneswar..
