will the grihashakti project ever get over
its been 3 years now and i was told of possession in 2011
pradeep sajjan and starindia developers wakeup

Hi This is Shamal,

We also book the home in Star India Project - Graha Shakti.
Mr. Narendra told us that we will get ready in July 2012. but till date we din't gate it. Since last 6 months we are asking him but every time he is giving the answer that in 2 or 3 months it will be done.

Guys am going to file a case against them, please let me know if anybody would like to participate?

i have received notice from M/s star india projects in 2011 for defamation suit of 2000 lacs and fighting case and going to mumbai for hearings .i received my amount from them and had an ego to take with interest, rather than taking amount amicably from them which was offered on very first meting with them with Mr. Rajinder in Delhi, i was advised to go through court as advised by my lawyers which I did and they wanting me to take refund of amount paid along with 10% deduction or plot of land booked .

But i was interested in getting money with interest and filed case against them and on very first hearing their lawyer gave draft of entire amount along with interest as i wished for .But i am now very much disturbed from last 3 years and they have taken me on ride as i posted comment on website against them . Court has ordered against me for defamation .please avoid the same and try to settle with them amicably and i am sure they will not leave anyone who posted comments there as there are other peoples from Surat who posted and lost case against them because of defamation .kindly settle if you have anything left with them amicably and make sure to get letter for not filing any suit or case against you..

its been 5 years now we booked the flat at grihashakti
the flat was 75% ready when we booked it
they are not giving possession of the property
will we ever get possession??

i am planning to file case in consumer court

I also booked farmhouse in star city project in december. 2009 received letter for further payment but no information about the progress of the project even not getting any phone in working they given on their letterhead any one having info please let us know [protected]@yahoo.co.in

We have refunded the entire amount received long back .We shall be bound to take legal action against you if such fake complaints will be posted on website as you are trying to malign the image of the company and not disclosing your name and Email id mentioned was not even registered with us .

sandeep sajjan @ fraud sajjan made the marathi fool, escaped from karjant, will divert its liability on society by giving some forged sign. be aware and protest against the formation of society.

Mr. Sajjan is trying to create society fraudulently to escape from its liability in the karjat project at Ladivali village. Be aware inform the registrar of the society at karjat immediately, to prevent any kindly of foul act being played by Mr. Sajjan

He is currently on bail
The court proceedings are going slow
And he is not ready to repay our money

Hoping that his properties are siezed and sold and we get money from auction

I hope consumer complaints have mode of tracking the email id, else anyone can have fake account, and each can create multiple of such account and publish information with no base.
If I don't get call will assume this to be a fake account created by builder to mislead and still continue getting the money
