RBI cheque no. 945805 for Rs 25066 deposited in A/c on 8/7/2011. Money should have been credited by 11/7/2011 but Bank declined stating that cheque was not credited. on seeing passbook entries, bank deducted Rs. 75/- stating cheque returned charges which is wrong since it is the fault of bank and not mine.so, why should I be penalized for someone mistake
