[Resolved]  State Bank of India ATM — MALFUNCTION OF ATM CASH DISBURSEMENT

I had utilised sbi atm coxtown branch atm service to withdraw my salary of Rs.4500/- I have a salary account at Canara Bank / a/c at D""costa Square branch, Bangalore -560 005. When I inserted my canara bank atm card in sbi coxtown atm service, my required amount of Rs.4500/- was not disbursed. I received a slip saying transaction declined. And again I tried to withdraw then the balance shows Rs.49/- only and I did not get the amount I required for. Hence please look into the matter and do the needful. Respected Sir,
I, Mrs. Brinda Bhattacharya, would like to inform you to the fact that, on 09.08.2011 at 18. 57hrs. intended to withdraw Rs 5, 000/- (Five thousand only), from Axis bank ATM (Sonarpur, Sahebpara), the “transaction” was however, “declined”. Subsequently the receipt was delivered (record No.withdrawal-2349). I was on urgent need of money, hurrying to the Union Bank ATM (Sonarpur, Sahebpara ) at 19.12 hrs. (Record No.withdrawal-3541) and I accepted Rs.5000/-(Five thousand only) using my Debit card. But It was my perplexing state in order to vigil the receipt (record No.withdrawal-3541) as delivered, where the available balance indicated, deducting excess of Rs. 5000/- (Five thousand only), as Rs.6041 in place of Rs.11, 041/- (Eleven thousand forty one only).I could not access my Debit card on that time into the SBI ATM(Sonarpur, Sahebpara) as it was timed out.
Necessary correction in my Bank A/c is urgently needed, so that I may get my legitimate balance at an early date. Your earnest endeavour is solicited.
