[Resolved] State Bank of India — PASSBOOK ENTRY NOT DONE | |||
Dear Sir, I have 2 account in State Bank of India, Air Cargo Branch,Bangalore( Savings & PPF A/C).From last one week i have not getting my pass book update as the person who is sitting on counter no:4 is everytime denies to update passbook entry like the printer is not working & today just before me he has updated pass book of someone else. my saving bank account passbook not updated by Bank.
मुझे passbook entry के लिए बार- बार बैंक के चक्कर लगाने पड़ते है! जब कभी भी मैं passbook entry के लिए bank की home ब्रांच जाता हूँ तो मुझे बोला जाता है की printer और computer दोनों ख़राब है passbook में entry नहीं होगी आप बैंक की दूसरी branch से entry करवा ले! बैंक की दूसरी branch में भी विजिट करने पर मुझे ये ही बोला जाता है की printer ख़राब है ! क्या मैं जान सकता क्यों bank अपने customers को बिन वजह harassment कर रहा है?
