[Resolved]  State Bank of India — Loss of Money from the bank account

Dear Sir,

I would like to let you know that an amount of Rs.90, 000 is missing from my father's account. My father's name is T.R. RATNA KUMAR. He was told that the ATM card which he is using would expire in the month of August, hence he submitted the ATM card given to him by the SBI. Unfortunately he wrote his ATM PIN on the back side of the card. The clerk to whom he submitted the card took the card and did not destroy the card in front of father. Later he used the same card and with drew an amount of Rs.90, 000 from the account. It was his pension amount which was withdrawn from the account. The amount was with drawn between the dates of 15th August to 20 August. My father noticed this on 2nd September when he tried to with draw the amount from his account. We need your immediate help on this.
