Dear SBI Card Suppot, Sub: My Account Settlement Card No: [protected] Name: Prasanta Kumar Patri This is to inform you that, Today (ie. 29th Mar 2009) i received called from a person called Mr. Monondaya/Manranjon phone no[protected], stating that to payment of my credit card due amount approx Rs.4000. And as per my knowledge/memory is concern i've paid all my card payment. I remembered i did two air tickets (BBSR-HYD and HYD- BBSR) transaction amoount of 2525 and 2500 in month of Jan/Feb 2008. from them i've paid RS.2525 (Book No :216551 and Receipt No[protected] on 19th Feb 2008. And for the 2nd Air ticket transaction i found from the Agency guy that there was some late fee has been added to my account. Then i discussed with that Agency guy called Mr. Raj/ Lipan and told that why the late fee added and also i didn't receive any bill from SBI (Not geeting Bills regularly/or its misplaced ). Again that Agency guy called a person to Ms. Sharda (At Delhi office) over phone from his mobile and told the problem of missing bill for the 2nd Air ticket transaction. Finally Ms. Sharda assured me to exclude my late amount which was added to my bill and then i've paid Rs.2500 on 24th Mar 2008 (Book No- 220599 and Receipt No[protected] to Agency guy . After our discussion i've noted down both of Agency guy and Ms. Sharda name back side of that paid receipt for future references. And again In month of April i did two transactions as below Date: 4th April 2008, Amount -RS.1047 Date: 6th April 2008, Amount - Rs.2635 Transaction Total for above month = 1047+2635=Rs.3682 i rembered i paid Rs.4000 rupees throug check deposited in SBI Drop BOX. Payement details can be subnitted to you within a week, after getting my bank account statement. After that i didn't do any transaction thru SBI card. Still i just can't understand why there is due amount there against my account. And i shound not pay any amount more. i think my 2nd Air ticket transaction late amount which was added and assured by Ms.Sharda to exculde has not been made yet. And that amount making recurring with interest, which is now come to approx Rs.4000. Now please clear me how can we trust your guys over phone. They are calling and making decissions and reality they are just cheating the customers. we didn't except the service like this form our India's top banking sector. So it's my request to you to check, settle my account asap and terminate/close/invalid my SBI Card and Make your brand slogan "Make life Simple" at top not to "Make life horrible".
