[Resolved]  State Bank of India — Final settlement of Account

I am the User of SBI Credit card . I setteled my final account of credit card in Mid 2008 .I Got final letter of settelment. they are not giving NO Dues Certificate in 2008.after six month they call and saying that your account is not finnally setteled. you have to deposite some amount . What i have to do for this. I am mentally torchered by telephonic call.
