[Resolved]  State Bank of India — dishonour of banker's cheque

i have purchased a banker's cheque from s.b.i. mansarover garden;new delhi branch in favour of ansal institute of techonology for rs.36250/--.the cheque was dishonoured .i have paid bank charges twice and
cash to ANSAL INSTITUTE OF TECHONOLOGY for admission of my daughter.
we have received back banker's cheque original and a letter mentioning ;the instruement has been already paid ;but accordig to ansal institute and axis bank;the instruement has been not paid till date;3rd june.
pl.take necessry action as your erliest.
