[Resolved]  State Bank of India — Unauthorised transaction

SBI Card customer care informed me on 27/7/09 that some amount is due (RS.49900) is is more than my limit. however I have communicated that I have note done any transactions during recent past as communicated dt. 18/7/09 and 20/7/09.d
I have raised series of communications and not agreeable the dues as indicated by SBI card.

This has reference to your letter 21/7/09, No.COG dtd.22/7/09 and fsvm[protected] dtd. 31/7/09 and our telecom. Dtd.27/07/09, Email dtd. 27/07/09, dtd.28/7/09 and 29/7/09 along with attached complain letter (scan copy).

I am surprise and not agreeable with your contention percolated through your letter dtd.31/7/09. The transactions as communicated from your end on dtd.27/7/09 during my teletalk. with your customer care (Mr.R.Soni) some amount of RS.35000.00 and RS.19900 have been drawn in favor of Reliance Communication of Mumbai dtd.18/7/09 and 20/7/09 respectively. Such transaction is totally illegal and unilateral and not acceptable to me as because I have not made any such payment any way or any means.

In this connection I would like to communicate that the Card is very much possessed by me and no question of any miss handling from my end also you should not allow the extra limit of my card RS.48000/ against such unauthorized transaction made by any body else.

Now, I would like to confirm you further that I am not held responsible for the dues not attributed to me. My card already been cancelled and blocked from your end I have as per my record there are nothing due against my last payment of RS.4816.92 received on 22/6/09 by you vide Cheque No 875020.

Though, above all I have already communicated to grievance cell of Govt. of India Legal Affairs and Ministry of Finance. Also I am agreeable to extend any help to resolve the issue.
But request you not to indicate any due in my favor for your further correspondences.
My SBI CARD Number is [protected]. My Sbi Card has expired on 2007. For the past two years I am not able to renew my Card and use the card. Please arrange to renew my SBI Card at the earliest.

I P.Nageswararao a credit card holder of sbi have noticed that my credit card has been credited for rs.1145 on 10 feb 2012 for CPP ASSISTANCE. This is an unauthorised transaction which is not supported by me. Also the bank have insisted me that a fuel surcharge of 2.5% is paid by the bank on my transactions at all petrol pumps. I have made an transaction of rs 1000. and i have the bill with me but in the statement given by the bank the petrol bill was rs.1027. This is a froud done by the bank. Kindly accept my complaint and respond to me on this. I would be very much thankfull to you for your valuble judgement on this issue.

On JULY 5TH 2012, I received a call from dining plus representative from number '[protected]' stating that this is an information checking call from SBI Delhi of credit card department. They told me to share some information for the new card which they wanted to provide me.I shared my SBI Credit Card number and the expiry date too.But I didnt share my CVV or any password.Also they didnt even ask for any transaction to be done nor DID I authorize them for any transaction using my card. After half an hour I got an sms from my SBI Credit Card that a transaction of INR 5499 has been done at dining plus. I was shocked since how without my CVV number they DID a transaction.
I have called my SBI Credit Card and lodged a dispute against this. They closed the card and sent the request to their fraud cell.Please help me on this.

Kindly take some strict action against such fraud companies.
