I had been issued an internet banking kit for my account SB [protected] by Kavinagar Branch on 07/09/09 with the instruction that it will be activated with in 48 hrs, but till date it is not activated.
I had applied for same last month and submitted my application, but it was not sent to me and I had to go personally to collect it on 07/09/09, but no result after issuing the kit and on telephone, one employee had asked to come again. these facilities are to help the customer or hrass a customer.
Even on repeated contact, no result till now. I had emailed my complaint to customer care of SBI, and they replied that your complaint had been directed to do needful to conserned branch.I had also contacted to Manager of Kavinagar Branch at his mobile ([protected]) and to networking incharge ([protected]), but they has refused to do needful and asked to come personally again and again and even they had said that they had recieved no mail of complaint from any one as you are saying.
I want to clarify "Is SBI are providing so poor services to its customar?" and no one is held responsible for such type of customer's harassment? Was this information helpful? |
