[Resolved]  State Bank of India — awaiting activation of net banking account

sir,
I had opened an account in the guwahati medical college branch of SBI at guwahati about 10days ago,i applied for internet banking account the next day itself and immediately i received the kit containing the user id and password,i was told that the account would be activated within 24 hrs.
But even after 8 to 10days,i am unable to access my account at online sbi site,whenever i try to log in using the user id and password provided in the kit,i get the response as "Invalid Username or Password",I even tried to lodge an online complaint,but failed because the following message pops up,"Enter valid account no.and Branch",
Plz look into the matter as soon as possible as i am working in a remote ase,nearest sbi being 30kms away,and the only way to access my account is through net banking...

Actualy i want say about my internet banking here. my account is in vilayatkalan, dist.katni MADHYAPRADESH, here i have open my current account but its not accessing my user id. & password so just u do something for me i am realy bother to your service

sir,
I had opened an account in the sbi canal road branch jammu about 10days ago, i applied for internet banking account the next day itself and immediately i received the kit containing the user id and password, i was told that the account would be activated within 24 hrs.

Plz look into the matter as soon as possible as i am working in a border security force.

I do agree with the complaints posted above. I have an account in SBI Nayagaon, Jabalpur Branch.I applied for internet banking id & pwd and was given a Kit from my branch but when I registered online the user id was linked to some other person's account. I was able to view his account details and I can even trasfer funds also.This according to me is a serious security breach. I again wrote a letter to my branch and then was issued a new Kit. But now when I try to login with the new user id/ pwd provided I get the message as "Invalid Username or Password".On trying to lodge an online complaintthe following message pops up, "Enter valid account no.and Branch". I have been to my concerned branch 5-6 times and the issue still doesnt get resolved.
I am still able to see the other user's account details from the old user id/pwd and I am still not able to register from the new Kit provided.

Please look into the matter. I am seriously dissatisfied and irritated with the response of SBI people. The customer care service itself is a waste with their executives not knowing what to say or do.

Yes, I very much agree with the complains mentioned above. The same problem is happening with me too. Its almost 15 days that i get the internet banking kit from my SBI branch and I'm still not able to login witn the given User Id. and Passward. The same message "Invalid Username or Password" is displayed.

how can we stop erroneous multiple transaction 6 time of the same bill, all transaction awaiting confirmation from bank, i wish to ask duplicate transaction not be confirmed by the bank.
