Dear Madam/Sir, I Sri Binod Bihari Ranasingh S/o- Late Dayanidhi Ranasingh, reside Tikarapada, Puri town is a customer of SBI Station Bazar, Puri bearing SB A/c – [protected] presently working in Wipro Infotech. I need a personal loan against my salary and contacted Mr. Rudra Prasad Satapathy (local BM). He told me that you transfer your salary and bring the salary certificate to our bank then I provide the loan. As per his guidance I arranged my brother in law who is retired central Govt. employee and he has fixed deposit above 10 lacks in this bank agreed to guarantee and I transferred my salary account to this bank last three months. Then I contacted local BM he referred to field officer Mr. Gopal and he checked the necessary documents and told it’s OK. But the BM did not take it seriously, so continues going to the bank I am completely mentally harassment. My complaint is that the BM’s behave is very rude and does not know how to behave the customers and their relatives. In comparatively Mr. Gopal (field officer) is a very nice person and never has he misguided the customer. I don’t need the loan and kindly take the strong action against the same.
