Today, I am much socked to see your SMS for debited my account for the transaction of Rs.10,000/- dated 17/11/2009 at 0710 Hrs. Now available balance is Rs. 5,000/-. I have called up to your customer care[protected] immediately but due to your irresponsible services, “all lines are busy please call after some time” message was recorded on your telephone lines. Finally, I am going to write a mail to get the information against fake transaction of Rs. 10,000/-. Due to your good services, 24 Hrs has gone but I am not able to know about fake transaction from your customer care so far.
I would request you to please clarify or provide whole details against fake transaction Rs.10,000/- at the earliest to register the complaint.
