[Resolved]  State Bank of India — Credit Card Nos [protected]

Dear Sir,

Ever since 11/05/2004 i am getting a statement for card nos [protected] (OF SBI), recently i got a call from a recovery agenciey saying i have a lakh of a rupee pending in this account which have now accumilated from the first trasaction of 16144.00 done on 11/05/2004 adding late fee and interest.

Sir this is to state that i have never recieved this CREDIT CARD ([protected]). More over during this due course i was getting a letter from one of the a Advocate Mr Amit Sharma from Delhi asking payment on behalf of his client for card nos [protected] for the amount of the traction done fron the above card.

The payment for the card Mr Amit Sharma is asking for was expired on APRIL 2003 and the trasction he is asking for was done on 11/05/2004. is it possible to use a card after EXPIRY??.

I have all the documents supporting the strength of the case, which can be produced as and when required. This consist of

1) Statement of [protected] (OF SBI)
2) Advocates letter asking payment for card nos[protected] on behalf of his client (recieved and expired with out using)
3) Letter issued to the bank for the fordgery done and the payment being asked without using dated 12/02/05.
4) All the cards issued after [protected] but not the one they are asking payment for.

Last but not the least i have also recieved some adhock cards to be used from the bank despite my request of non wanting. How can some one send more cards to be used if a customer is a defaulter. This is a clear case that some one have used my ID to issue a duplicate card and use and i am beeing harrased for the same.

I also have the added cards which are now expired for reference.

I can send you the scanned copies of the same as and when required.

Kindly look into this case.
