State Bank of India — Credit Card Fraudulent Usage

My credit card's been charged for transactions which i din make... credit card statement does'nt reveal any information other than the shop name... when i called customer care.. they are telling the transaction's are manually swiped, but i still have my card in possesion, , , i remember i had'nt handed over my card to anyone... now the customer care are saying that i only have to pay the amount ... if i ask for the merchant details ... they are not disclosing anything and saying we get the merchant details only after 45 days, even then we wont disclose any in formation.. so how can i trace the transactions.. should i end up paying the false transactions??...
