Dear Sir,
It is to bring to your notice that I have only one ATM card no.[protected]. But you have charged twice for the ATM card. As I have only one ATM card, I should be charged once only and as such request to reverse the second charge. If any other ATM card is shown against my aforesaid account, that was not issued to me and stopped forthwith.
