[Resolved] State Bank of India — Misbehavior at Branch and deficient service | |||
I have a saving bank account #[protected] with SBI, Jahangira bad Branch (Code 2364) with the facility of internet banking. On 14.01.11, I along with my daughter visited the Branch along with an application for Mobile Number Approval Form (Reference#[protected]. In absence of Branch Manager, I contacted the Accountant, Mr. Sharma for the purpose. The behaviour of Accountant was very much arrogant and rude and he refused to receive the application form on the plea that mobile number once entered cannot be changed. When I protested that change of mobile number is possible he misbehaved with me and my daughter. Later on, BM came to the Bank and he received the application. He told me that change of Mobile Number is possible.But under the influence of Accountant, Branch Manager has not approved the new mobile number so far. I have made on-line complaints to the Bank on 14.01.11, 15.01.11, 18.01.11 and 21.01.11 but the issue has not resolved till date. State Bank of India is amongst top rated bank of Country but how its employees are behaving with the customer is exhibited. We dont know why the branch manager behaves like this. Are they trained properly before taking charge. She is not suitable for the responsible
post.
