dear sir,
I am ashok kumar gupta AC/No: [protected] of SBI jamshedpur(ranikudar branch).
my saving and salary account has been closed by your bank on 29th/08/2011.And it is still not revived on date 5th/09/2011.
sequence of events,
1) I have given a cheque for transfering an amount which cheque no 011588 in the account of madhaw kumar singh . SBI khagaria ac/no [protected]. on 29th /08/2011 @ 2:30 pm
2) On 30th /08/2011 when I checked my account through ATM @5:50AM my ATM was not responding .when I called on toll free no they suggested to meet branch manager .
3) On 30th at 2:30 PM I met branch manager Mr. Jeetu Tuddu he checked my account and replied your account has been closed by mistake and all amount transfered to the ac/no [protected].
4) Now again he made another mistake that is he created a new account on name without my permission and revert all amount in the new he created.
5) He transfered the amount according to the cheque no 011588. through new created account.
6) I dont know the new account I am not ready to use it .
7) According to branch manager the matter was communicated and it will revived within three days.
8) But till now it is not been revived and I am suffering a lot by this incident .
