With due respect I would like to request you to kindly visit the khadki branch of SBI.
Not a single Customer information system is working, i.e: Token vending machine, Cash counter Token Display etc,
*Could the CUSTOMER please know "Why the systems are installed, when SBI can't maintain it ?
*SINGLE Window service: We have never seen all the windows working ?
*No sufficient information written on the Counter, as to what services are offered.
*The staff just gets up and Leaves the Counter, The Customer STANDS there like a FOOL not Knowing what to do.
*Nobody Knows where is the concerned staff & whether the counter will work or not.
*The Staff does NOT have their Name tags on their Clothes, (Very SMART) so We can't Complain against them.
*NO public announcement system to inform the Frustrated public of any Failure or Change in the Work Counters, The staff Simply gets up and goes and sits on another window, again Leaving the customer Wondering whether the counter will work or NOT.
These are just some small observation of the BANKER TO THE NATION. If the Concerned AUTHORITY (if any) feels these issues are to be rectified then kindly do the needful... Because the miserable customer can only forward a humble request to you irrespective of any action. . .
