State Bank of India — Not activate profile password for long time

Dear Sir,
I apply for on line banking & received kit from bank but i am not able to do any Payments/Transactions till date.
For this i have complained many times in my bhabua Branch but till date solution is not done by branch.
So please it is requested to u Solve My problem.
