Dear Sir, I have been chasing SBI Credit Card CSR team for the last 12 days. I'm the regular user of SBI Platinum card and while i was making 'Online-payment' on 04th Aug'12, their website was showing error. I tried it paying it after sometime and it was successful transaction. However payment got debited from my SB account for twice. There is a complaint registered with them and sent mail to their Grievances team as well. No action/progress seen far. Below is my latest(today 17th Aug'12) conversation/email with them . ********************************* Dear SBI Team/Divya(Grievances Cell), As per last conversation with your representatives, i was suppose to get my credit of INR 90413.21 in 4 working days time. This communication was given to me by Lavanya on 07th Aug'12 and i still don't see any progress on this. Today i was speaking M.Ranjith to know the status. He confirms that no action is being taken so far and it will take another 4-5 working days to do the reverse credit to my account. What's happening and why there is false committment from SBI so far? I'm sending mails for almost 10days and don't get any positive responses from 'Feedback' and 'Divya'. Your representatives are not interested in sharing 'Grievances Cell' phone number as well. It looks to me that SBI is not caring about customer's voice ans playing around with their money. I'm incurring financial losses due to SBI's confusion. Expecting a reply for this email.
