[Resolved]  State Bank of India — Non Settlement

Hi,

I need your help urgently..My credit card was closed and suspended in year 2006 and i went out of this country.Recently when i came back i got to know that there were some outstanding(1000 Rs) dues which got accumlated to 28k Rs.When i called Customer Service in late July 2011 they asked me to pay 8830 Rs as settlement and informed me that my account would be settled in 5 working days and will become 0 balance account.since then i have been calling daily to customer service and no body knows the status.Daily they tell me they will log a complain and arrange a call back with in 5 working days.....I never receive any call..its been more than a month now...I am really fed up now and dont really know how should i approach this...This has comeup on CIBIL record and due to this i am not even able to apply for auto loan...Please understand that i am family person and need resolution of this ASAP so that i can fulfil my needs...Please help....
