[Resolved]  State Bank of India — replace debit is not deactivated

I am Subhasish Bhattacharjee my savings account number [protected] branch M.G. Road Daptoripara, Kolkata, West Bengal. My debit card number is[protected]. This card is damaged. That’s why I am replace the debit card on dated 02/07/2011 & TRF No.[protected]. But the card is not deactivated and two times debited amount from my A/C for debit card charge. I am requested to you please this card is deactivate.
