I HAD SUBMITTED ON LINE COMPLAINT NO CC[protected] ON BANKS WEBSITE 90 DAYS BACK.COMPLAINT NOT YET RESOLVED .ON ENQUIRY BANK SAYS THEY HAVE DONE POST OFFICE JOB BY JUST FORWARDING TO CHANDNI CHOWK BRANCH .WHAT IS THE USE OF SUCH SYSTEM.

I have deposited Rs.75, 000 pay order cheque no.595641 dated 31/12/09 on 2/01/2010 in the SBI, Nacharam Branch, Hyderbad.
Here SC N0.46823993. This amount is neither cleared nor returned back to here even after depositing more than 1 Month.
So, Kindly let me know the status regarding This.
