we are nri and having a/c in sbi t.t.nagar bhopal br we reside at miami fl in USA now a days we recd a kit for online banking but it is not run properly how we manage fr USA to run

I Started in State Bank Of India Internet Banking 21.8.2008 I not transfer any Money An error to You do not have transaction rights. Please contact the branch to get transaction rights. And I goes to bank they said That is not my work & I am not show My account Statment When i see an error Due to some technical problems we are unable to process your request currently. Please try later. Please give me suggetion What Can I do? Please tell me.

i am an account holder of sbi damanjodi. my A/C No is 10839018535 i activated internet banking and made an inter bank transfer of Rs 2000.00 on 10th feb'2009 to NISHA M A/C No 64016235463 SBM Coimbatore branch but i want to sent the amount to SBM R S Puram branch by mistake i sent the same to coimbatore branch. The transaction no is GRPT INB IZ 00058193.The amount was neither credited in my account or me beneficiary account holder till date. therefore i requested you to take necessary action regarding this matter.

i'm having problem in login my internet banking.i got internet banking kit from my branch and try to login .but it is showing that "INVALID USERNAME AND PASSWORD"repeatly.i approach the branch and i got new internet kit.but the problem is still going on.when i approach the branch, there is no proper response from the bank personal manager.
details:
designation : personal manager.
branch : sbi, melur. (madurai d.t)
branch code : 0258.
note: this personal manager is not aware of "WHAT IS MOBILE BANKING.IS IT AVAILABLE IN IS BRANCH OR NOT".this is state of sbi officials.

Sir,
i applied for internet banking on june 12th 2009 IN KAVI NAGAR BRANCH GHAZIABAD (3279)...
.I received my userid and password on 15th june...
since then i have been hassessed by the kavi nagar branch[ghaziabad] people as against my multiple visits to the branch, it hasn't been activated yet...
ON ACCESSING THE SITE WITH THE SAME USERID AND PASSWORD I GET THE MESSAGE AS INVALID USERID PASSWORD.
At times the person incharge at the branch used to say system is down, at times he told me to come back and check tomorrow...
it is da worst service n customer response which i have seen in a bank...
.today was my 6th visit to the branch after the problem and the person incharge told me that nothing can be done before 1 week as the kit number is not getting accepted by the system...
I tried to lodge a complaint at the site itself but each time it says "Invalid account number or gives some other error".
Sir i study in shimla so have to get back to college next week and then wont be able to get the desired service, so i would urge u to look into the matter and get the things resolved as quickly as possible...

I am Puneet from Delhi, i have my account in SBI, pushpa bhawan, new delhi. I applied for Net banking, they had given me the internet kit after 20 days from the day i applied. Now i have the internet kit, its a 15th day, my account is not yet activated. I have done so many complaints to branch manager and customer care number. Nobody gave me the right answer. Please take some action. My Internet kit number is 8951004085 and account number is 30855364949.
I am facing this problem from the first day i opened the account(13th Aug 2009).

but after complaining to their respective staff, they does not solved my matter,from previous 12 days,

सर, मैं 2006 के बाद का सेना से सेवा निव़त पूर्व सैनिक हू मेरे कोरीजेन्डम पी0पी0ओ0 में डीसीआरजी रू0 33247 की रिकवरि की गयी है जो कि काफी समय तक मैंने अपने पेंशन खाते में यह पैसा रखा था परन्तु बैंक ने रिकवरी नहीं की और बाद में मैंने अपने कार्य हेतु सभी पैसे निकाल दिये हैं और इस बार बैंक ने रू0 2000 के हिसाब से मेरी पेंशन से काट रहा है क़पया मुझे निम्न बिन्दुओ पर जानकारी उपलब्ध कराने की क़पा करें -(
1 कितनी किस्तों में यह रिकवरी पूरी हो जायेगी

my name is vijay kumar vishwakarma, i have a saving bank account in GEC branch of State bank of indian here in rewa M.P. my internet baning account is not working properly, i have gone for complaint to the such branch on 30.12.2010, but official denied for my application and say that i will done it right now and it is not done yet now. so i want to register my complaint here by this facility, and want proper action against the official.
