State Bank of India — Debit Card not received despite deduction of charges | |||
Dear Sir, This is to inform you that I have an account in State Bank Of India New Delhi Lajpat Nagar Ring Road Branch with account number [protected]. Unfortunately I have lost my Debit Card and after that I visited my branch and applied for Re-Issue of SBI Debit Card in my branch on 12 Nov 2011 despite facing rude behavior of customer care officer. After that against the same Rs. 200.00 has been deducted from my account as "Card Replacement Charges". However, till 28 Nov 2011 I have not received my Debit Card. To inquire about it I also called at customer care at 09:45 PM on 28 Nov 2011 for no help In fact the executive naming "Arunesh" was rude and not willing to help me also disconnected my call. I have been again redirected to my branch. Kindly intervene and help me as I am a working man and can not go to my branch every now and then.
