[Resolved] State Bank of India — Atm -transaction complaint | |||
i !! I have an account with SBI BHATPAR RANI,DISTICT DEORIA UTTAR PRADESH. I was shocked by seeing ATM Mini statement when i went to ATM on 18 JUN. Instead of 18jun transaction it was showing 10,000/- debit on 18th jun I havent visited any ATM on 14thjun, Bank employees are not responding to this issue properly, finally i mailed to Managing Director of SBI, i got a reply saying that SBI is not responsible and they are asking me to approach SBI . As i have an account with SBI A/C NO IS [protected], is it not the responsibility of SBI??
