[Resolved]  State Bank of India — less EMI

1. I took a home loan from SBI RACPC Baroda in Feb 08.(Ref RACPC/HL/1328)
2.The EMIof Rs 6579/-is regularly paid through my saving A/c no.[protected] (Panchvati Branch Baroda)
3.It is noticed from statement of account of my home loan A/C no. [protected] that some fine is continuously being imposed since Aug 09
without any notice or information.It is totally wrong & illegal.
4.The illegal imposition of fine resulted wrong increase in outstanding principle amount,which is totally unacceptable.
5.Hence You are requested to rectify the above mistake and reduce the outstanding amount to correct amount by removing the fined amount at earliest.

6.I personally met BM Mr Vaswani & Mr Chaudhary ABM RACPC Vadodara ON 3.9.10 & submitted Written comp. regarding this but no result pls advise what to do as SBI is doing nothing to resolve my problem.
no action & reply after all these efforts even EMI is not Increased Plz tell what to do
