I have Saving account in Subhashbridge Branch,Ahmedabad. Due changing in residence , I have contacted bank staff with Latest original electric bill . The staff send me to the manager.But Manager Mr.Singh denied to accept the electric bill & registerted agreement of Bunglow as a sufficient Residence proof .He demanded Municipality bill. he behaved so arrogantly. I asked for G.r.(Manual) of R.B.I. He replied that this my branch , I am not believed in R.B.I.rules.If you want to change address produced Municipal bill or give me Rs.1000/---as corruption,otherwise go to R.B.I. IF you will not be taken appropriate steps against corrupted manager then i will lodge complain in OMBUDS Department of R.B.I. as well as in Consumer court.
