Dear sir,

Very regret to inform you that it is very difficult to tolerate if bank employees are with out much professionalism and lack of experience. Please have a visit to State Bank of Travancore, Punalur branch, Kollam dist, Kerala state .Irresponsible people working there and the NRI's can not deal with them due to their non professionalism, lack of experience, talent, followup of customer requests, competence etc.I am surprised that how these stupids are get absorbed into the banking service.
Few teenagers and three old men are working there without professionalism and lack of competence and their performance is completely unsatisfactory.
Particularly NRI's can not deal with these people as it becomes a waste of time.
Could you please inform how to change this situation.

If we complain to the top authorities will not help us
