[Resolved]  State Cargo Packers & Movers — Misuse of car by State Cargo Packers and Movers and refusal to pay the claim

Hi ,
I am sending this mail because my car UP 16R 3105 was driven for 600 km without my knowledge while getting it transported from Noida to Banglore in Maruti container. I had taken the services of State Cargo Packers & Movers,Delhi and the driver took the car on 15th Nov 2011 from my residential address : K-004 , Vivek Vihar , Sec -82 , Noida 201304.The driver (name Santosh as told by Mr. Jitesh Sharma)is missing and the car is hit from back as you can see the pictures attached.His number is [protected] which is switched off.There is a big dent on my car's back bumper.The bumper costs 20,000.The initial reading was 57456 and final reading is 58069.600 km has been over driven maybe for offense or crime or maybe domestic purpose.I asked State Cargo about the 600 kms and they dont have any reply. I have been calling Jitesh Sharma( the owner of State Cargo )for last 1 month but he is just avoiding the matter. His numbers are [protected] and [protected] .I am having all the proofs with me for the same.Kindly look into the matter and help me out.

Sir, I am a software engineer by profession (served Ministry Of Defence )and belong to a decent educational background.Its not about my vehicle only but as a responsible Indian citizen its my duty to bring this matter to you with utter hope and lot of expectation.

The details of State Cargo Packers & Movers are:
D-21 , OLD SEEMA PURI , NEAR DILSHAD GARDEN, METRO STATION, DELHI-110095.
The car was supposed to reach on 25th morning and it reached on 29th eve.I have paid 500/- to the driver here in Banglore to get my car because it didnt had fuel.I have paid 12,733/- for the transportation in all.
