hello sir, I applied for voter id through mponline portal on date 09/07/2013 my application number is 79100 and name is vimal kumar i have charged rs. 15. but after 2 months there is no response and when i went 'ECS collected' for enquiry they said that this is illegal......so what i should do. please respond as soon as possible. my email----- dev.[protected]@gmail.com thanx
